To be considered for leaderboards, teams must fulfill the following criteria:
  1run-Pct:  (1run-W + 1run-L) >= 30
  Xinn-Pct:  (Xinn-W + Xinn-L) >= 15
  vLHP-Pct:  (vLHP-W + vLHP-L) >= 30
